For Yuen Yu Choi (Jackie), nursing is more than a profession it is a lifelong commitment to caring for others with compassion, respect, and dignity.

She began her nursing career in Hong Kong in 2012, working closely with patients facing complex medical and cardiovascular conditions. Through these experiences, she not only developed strong clinical skills, but also witnessed something deeper how much families value trustworthy, attentive care for their loved ones, especially during vulnerable moments.

​

Over the years, she often saw families struggling to find reliable support at home care that is not only clinically competent, but also genuinely compassionate. This left a lasting impression on her and shaped her vision of what care should truly look like.

​

Driven by this purpose, she pursued advanced training and earned a Master of Science in Cardiology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was also recognized as an Advanced Practice Nurse (Medical Nursing) by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong, reflecting her expertise in managing complex health conditions.

​

After relocating to Canada, she became a Registered Nurse in Ontario, licensed by the College of Nurses of Ontario, and further strengthened her specialization by obtaining the Certified in Cardiovascular Nursing (CCN(C)) designation from the Canadian Nurses Association.

​

However, beyond qualifications and credentials, her motivation remained the same to ensure that every individual receives the kind of care she would want for her own family.

This is why she founded Alliance Care Solutions

​

Her goal is to create a home care service that families can truly rely on where caregivers are not only skilled, but also kind, patient, and respectful. A service where clients feel safe, supported, and valued in the comfort of their own home.
